The spiralizer is so easy to use. The salad is totally delicious!!! Eight of us for lunch. Everyone loved the flavors and the swirly "noodle" veggies. No left-overs. I would not change a thing about this recipe. Well, that's not true...I'd make more so I had some left over!!!
